What You’ll Do
- As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers. You will develop and implement volunteer programs, as well as assess the organization's needs and match them with volunteers' skills and interests. Your role will involve maintaining volunteer records, communicating with volunteers, and ensuring a positive and rewarding volunteer experience.
- You will also collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for volunteer involvement in various projects and events. In addition, you will play a key role in promoting volunteer opportunities and engaging the community in our mission.
Who You are
- We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in volunteer coordination or relevant volunteer management roles. A passion for our mission and the ability to inspire and motivate others is essential.
